Nutrition Programs

Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Nutrition Program (WIC)

The WIC program is a supplemental nutrition program for pregnant/breastfeeding/postpartum women, infants and children (age one to five). Participants must be income eligible and have a medical/nutritional risk factor. Vouchers for nutritious foods and nutrition education are provided for each client.

Appointments Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, Thursdays 8:00am-7:30pm

 

Adolescent Nutrition Program

The Adolescence Nutrition Program Provides nutrition education and counseling for children from birth to age 21 with chronic medical conditions. A physician referral and diet order are required.

Appointments on Wednesdays 8:00am - 4:00pm.            

 

Adult Health Nutrition Program

The Adult Health Nutrition Program provides nutrition education and counseling for people 18 years and older with chronic medical conditions. A physician referral and diet order as required.

Appointments on Wednesdays 8:00am-4:00pm.
